Transition Blog Entry to catch up to Today

What’s on my mind at the moment?  I’m in the middle of trying to get a day off tomorrow to take Christine and Molly to the Philadelphia Zoo.  We have passes for the zoo and parking and my client work is waiting to be tested, so it’s a good time to take a breather.  My company and client are pretty reasonable, so I’m optimistic that it’s no big deal.  This should be fun, but Molly is starting to show a little bit of a temper.  Hopefully, we’ll be nimble enough parents to diffuse any tantrums.Lorikeets

For the weekend, I need to plan the menu for Saturday – we’re having my mom and anyone else over for a July 4th on the 3rd BBQ.  I’ve dropped a few pounds and don’t want to get them back, but the allure of barbeque ribs is difficult to ignore.  And then I have to figure out my “free time” allowance to get projects done.

I’m poking around trying to get a few projects done.  As of today, here’s my list:
